Asparagus Mold


2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 cup chopped celery
1 small jar chopped pimientos
2 tbsp. grated onion
5 tbsp. lemon juice
2 bunches fresh asparagus, save
liquid

Soak gelatin in cold water, mix sugar, vinegar, salt, and asparagus liquid. Bring to boil and add gelatin to dissolve. Cool and add other ingredients. Pour over drained asparagus. Pour into prepared mold and chill.
