Chicken Pate'


1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 cups diced cooked chicken
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
cup mayonnaise
4 tsp. fresh dill
Dash Tabasco
Season Salt

Combine chicken, cream cheese and garlic with chopped pecans in food processor or blender and blend until chopped, but not pureed. Add mayonnaise, dill and season salt to taste and blend again. Form into a ball and arrange on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with additional dill. Serve with crackers.
