1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, with green chilies
1 lb. of your favorite pasteurized cheese spread
1 small onion diced
½ of 1 jalapeño pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Cut cheese into cubes and melt in double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in chili and Rotel tomatoes. Blend well. Keep warm. Serve with chips.
