Irish Meatballs


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. Irish whiskey
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients together; refrigerate, covered, 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Form meat mixture into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake until no pink appears in center. Time will vary based on size of meatballs. Remove from oven and drain. Can be frozen for later use.
