Salmon Ball


1 lb. fresh salmon, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Flake salmon. Combine the salmon and cream cheese. Add all other ingredients, except pecans and parsley, run them through the food processor until smooth. Form ingredients into a ball. Roll the ball in the parsley and chopped pecans. Chill. Can be stored in the freezer. Serve with a savory cracker
